Delivery & Returns
Free delivery is included with all in stock items sent from within the U.K.. For made to order items a flat delivery fee of £10 is added at checkout. All customs duty and taxes are included in the sales price of all items and you will not receive any additional fees on delivery.
Delivery times to the U.K. are between 1-3 working days. For pre order and made to measure items please allow 7-12 working days for delivery on top of the tailoring times mentioned on the product description.
For international orders delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on shipping location, with standard or express delivery options available. The price will include tracking and insurance.
Any orders from outside the above mentioned areas may incur additional custom and/or VAT charges. Rare & Fair cannot be held responsible for any of these additional charges. Please refer to your countries government website for detailed breakdown of customs and tax charges.
For in-stock items, standard delivery times to Europe are within 5-7 working days and all other International orders within 7-12 working days. Express delivery times vary depending on location, please see estimated times at checkout.
All Deliveries are boxed and packed in a delivery bag to protect your items and should arrive in immaculate condition, if this is not the case, please contact us immediately.
All unused goods are available for return and a full refund will be issued (minus any delivery fees) if you inform us of your decision to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not have to give a reason for your return within this 14-day cooling off period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us of cancellation (28 days in total).
Please note: we unfortunately cannot accept returns on made-to-measure, personal designs or earrings. Exceptions will be made if any items are incorrectly tailored, faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you are not in when we try to deliver and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, a card will be left, where you will be able to rearrange delivery or collect at your local collection point. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus the delivery charge.
