Our Kendall Maxi Dress is made of 100% traceable, organic, jersey cotton that comes with a medium stretch. The dress is body fitted to the waist and then flares out to maxi length with draping detail around the chest, adding style as well as padding support.

The Story
Our Kendall Maxi Dress is made of PGS organic cotton by GreenNet Thailand, an organisation that works closely with Thai farmers in order to encourage as well as strengthen organic farming practices. Community focused quality assurance systems support small farmers and are able to assure organic cotton without the need for expensive, bureaucratic certifications.
The cotton is grown naturally along the banks of the Mekong River. The river acts as its irrigation, watering the crop when it breaks its banks during the monsoon season. The cotton is such a beautiful natural mocha colour. Meaning the only thing touching your skin is nature itself!
Fabric Care
To ensure your dress retains its charm and beauty for many years to come, we recommend the following:
Care
Take care to avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight when drying or storing the product as this may cause colour fading and/or shrinkage. We recommend storing the product in a cool, shaded and dry place at all times.
Cleaning
Hand-wash inside out in cool water or at 30 degrees. Use gentle/low concentration detergent and avoid bleaches, heavy-duty detergents and stain removers. If using machine hand-wash, use a fine-mesh net for extra protection from snagging. Iron inside out on a medium to high heat.

Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on location, with standard or express delivery options available. You will not be charged any hidden delivery fees, customs, or taxes on delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs duty
All customs duty and taxes are included in the sales price on any orders placed from Australia & New Zealand. The checkout price will be the final price you pay. On the rare chance you do receive a delivery note for extra payment for customs duty, please contact us immediately to rectify.
Delivery Time & Methods
We aim to deliver all in-stock items to Australia and New Zealand within 5-7 working days for express delivery and 7-12 working days for standard. All delivery times are estimates. For pre order and made to measure items please also allow for tailoring times quoted in the product description.
Where the item is sent from will depend on stock or whether it is a made to order/measure item, so please do drop us a Whatsapp (widget on website) or email if you would like further information on estimated delivery or if you need something urgent. We are happy to help where we can.
Your item should arrive in immaculate condition, if this is not the case, please contact us immediately.
Returns
All unused goods are available for return and a full refund will be issued (minus any delivery fees) if you inform us of your decision to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not have to give a reason for your return within this 14-day cooling off period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us of cancellation (28 days in total).
Please note: we unfortunately cannot accept returns on made-to-measure, personal designs, sale items or earrings. Exceptions will be made if any items are incorrectly tailored, faulty or damaged on arrival.

Delivery Problems
If you are not in when we try to deliver and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, a card will be left, where you will be able to rearrange delivery or collect at your local collection point. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus the delivery charge.
