Handmade Women's 100% Sustainable Silk Co-ord Set in Cream
Women's 100% Sustainable Silk Co Ord Set in Cream by Rare & Fair. Handmade by Thai artisans - Matchada Thai Silk using pure Mulberry silk on traditional wooden looms and dyed cream from environmentally friendly dyes.
The silk two piece set combines a pair of cropped wide-leg trousers and a tie-shoulder top. The trousers are high waisted with a removable self tie waistband and side pockets. The top provides a comfortable fit, with adjustable shoulder ties and an invisible zipper on one side.
The silk co ord set can be worn together or individually. The choice is yours to wear the look up or down, team with pointed toe heels for that sleek appearance, or casually with a pair of sandals. All work together beautifully!

The Story
The Dawn Co Ord Set in Cream is crafted from 100% handmade pure Mulberry silk on a traditional wooden loom. The pure silk fabric is personally crafted for Rare & Fair using traditional processes, but which have been adapted for practicality and commercial viability. The process still uses traditional sericulture and hand-weaving methods, but combines these with modern reeling technology to create a smoother feel to the silk than traditional hand-reeling alone.
The silk comes with the Queen Sirikit assurance guarantee (The Royal Peacock Logo), which confirms a high quality of silk production and acts as a guarantee for the health, safety and wellbeing of the artisans involved in its making. As well as the production methods, the dye used must also be environmentally friendly for the fabric to receive this award.
Fabric Care
Care
Take care to avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight when drying or storing the product as this may cause colour fading and/or shrinkage. We recommend storing the product in a cool, shaded and dry place at all times.
Cleaning
Dry-Clean only. For extra care we recommend gentle dry-clean with hydrocarbon solvents, however, general dry-clean is also possible.
Natural/Hand Dye
As with all natural/hand dyed products, some colour variation within and between items is normal. Natural/hand dyed products will always bleed slightly when wet, so please follow cleaning instructions carefully.
Handwoven Fabric
Please note, all fabrics woven by hand may come with small knots, yarn pulls or short pieces of thread – these irregularities do not affect the quality or future durability of the product. We feel these irregularities only add to the uniqueness and individualism of our products.

Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on location, with standard or express delivery options available. You will not be charged any hidden delivery fees, customs, or taxes on delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs duty
All customs duty and taxes are included in the sales price on any orders placed from Australia & New Zealand. The checkout price will be the final price you pay. On the rare chance you do receive a delivery note for extra payment for customs duty, please contact us immediately to rectify.
Delivery Time & Methods
We aim to deliver all in-stock items to Australia and New Zealand within 5-7 working days for express delivery and 7-12 working days for standard. All delivery times are estimates. For pre order and made to measure items please also allow for tailoring times quoted in the product description.
Where the item is sent from will depend on stock or whether it is a made to order/measure item, so please do drop us a Whatsapp (widget on website) or email if you would like further information on estimated delivery or if you need something urgent. We are happy to help where we can.
Your item should arrive in immaculate condition, if this is not the case, please contact us immediately.
Returns
All unused goods are available for return and a full refund will be issued (minus any delivery fees) if you inform us of your decision to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not have to give a reason for your return within this 14-day cooling off period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us of cancellation (28 days in total).
Please note: we unfortunately cannot accept returns on made-to-measure, personal designs, sale items or earrings. Exceptions will be made if any items are incorrectly tailored, faulty or damaged on arrival.

Delivery Problems
If you are not in when we try to deliver and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, a card will be left, where you will be able to rearrange delivery or collect at your local collection point. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus the delivery charge.
